When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address and message, together with the section you contacted and your acknowledgement of this notice.
The MYF team uses these details to respond to your enquiry and manage related follow-up. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Enquiries are stored in the MYF customer relationship system, with access restricted to authorised team members. Pseudonymous technical records help prevent spam and repeated submissions.
Please do not include passwords, payment card details, medical history or other sensitive personal information.
We retain enquiry details while they are needed to respond and manage the resulting relationship. Use the enquiry form to ask about access, correction or deletion of your details, or to ask a privacy question.
